What is the expected delay before I can receive my order?
Orders are processed daily. Depending on the destination, a window of 3 to 7 days is reasonable, but it can take longer for overseas orders.
To accelerate the process, can I come by your distribution center to pick up my order?
Our distribution center is closed to the public. However, your order can be picked up after a 2-day process time in our affiliated store in Boucherville. To take advantage of this offer, you have to select the according delivery method .
How to calculate shipping fees?
For all orders over $48, shipping fees are included for all deliveries to North America (with the exception of certain oversized products, these items are clearly identified). If the total before taxes is less than $ 48, a delivery charge of $8 will be applied. Orders will be shipped by Canada Post or Purolator. For orders outside of North America, shipping is free for orders above $100. For orders under $100, shipping fees are $20 .
I must receive my order quickly. What to do?
Take advantage of expedited delivery for a flat fee of $7 ($13 if the total of the order is less than $ 48). Your order will be prioritized, and an expedited delivery option will be selected with the sender. To same offer extends to orders outside of North America ($18 if the total is above $100, $30 if the total is under $100).
The product does not suit me. What to do?
Items must be returned new, unworn and unused, with the provided return shipping label, original packaging and transaction number. You can get the return shipping label by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any return or exchange must be made within 30 days after receipt of your order. Any deviation from these instructions could impact a full refund of your order.
The following items are not exchangeable or refundable: gift cards, electronic devices, liquid products, food or supplements, underwear, swimsuits, bathing caps, socks and compression garments.
Items purchased as a final sale are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
The delivery costs and the supplement paid for oversized items are not refundable.
A delivery label will be sent to you after a request to email@example.com. An amount of $12 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return costs.
No other charges will be applied as long as the item is in a condition to be sold again.
To avoid return transport costs, the return can be made at our associated store in Boucherville.

How can I pay for my order?
Orders can be paid by credit card only. The payment platform used is provided by Shopify Pay, which has the highest certification available for the protection of credit card information. This information is not accessible to us, which limits the risk of fraud.
Do I have to create an account to make a transaction?
You do not need to create an account to be able to make a transaction. You can complete a transaction as a guest, but you will have to enter at least the following information:
- Email (to receive an order confirmation)
- Delivery address
- Billing address
However, we encourage you to create an account, which will help you in particular by tracking your past orders and which will allow you to find items already ordered more quickly.
After closing the transaction, I want to change the delivery address, what should I do?
It is not possible to change the delivery address in the system after the conclusion of the transaction. If you ever wish to change this address, please write to us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the package has already been sent to the old address, it is your responsibility to pick it up at this address.
Does the gift card purchased online have an expiration date?
No, and the law prohibits it. A gift card cannot be refunded.
When the selected items are in my basket, how do I complete the transaction?
After adding an item to your cart, you can directly click on "Go to payment" and follow the steps to complete the transaction. If you ever want to continue shopping, you can always find your basket in the upper right corner of the site to reappear your basket on the right. On the shopping cart page, you can leave a note (if necessary) and click on "Go to payment" to complete the transaction.
